The Company provides recruitment and overseas placement services, including:

• Sourcing and screening applicants against the employer's requirements

4. Applicant eligibility

Applicants must:

• Hold Thai nationality and a passport valid for at least 6 months
• Meet the age requirement of the position (generally 20-45 years)
• Be in good health with no condition barred by the destination country
• Have no criminal record
• Provide accurate and truthful information

5. Fees and payment

• The Company charges service fees at the rates set by the Department of Employment and never above the legal maximum
• All costs are disclosed clearly before you agree to use the services
• Every payment is issued with a receipt
• If services are cancelled, refunds follow the terms of the contract and applicable law

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or forged documents
• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe the intellectual property of the Company or others
• Disrupt or attack the security of the website
• Access the website with automated tools without permission

7. Intellectual property
